Parker, Cade & Large, Inc., founded in 1989, is a full service REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT and COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION COMPANY providing personalized services to clients constructing facilities for their own occupancy, as well as those interested in investing in speculative real estate.  The firm distinguishes itself by executing every project as a representative of the client, making suggestions and decisions with the client’s best interests in mind.  This involves interactive micro-management of the programming, design, budgeting and construction process, working to insure superior quality in methods and materials, while protecting return on investment.

Project volume has steadily increased over the years, with a careful expansion of client base, service area and support staff. We have dedicated office and field staff, supported by a seasoned group of professional consultants, subcontractors and material suppliers that have long relationships with the firm.  The main office is located in Frederick, Maryland, between Washington, DC and Baltimore, Maryland, giving us convenient access to our service area of Maryland, northern Virginia and Washington, DC.
